Brunswick Woods to add 84 luxury apartments to its community

BRUNSWICK — Some 84 luxury apartments will be constructed and added to the Brunswick Woods apartment community, Tri City Rentals announced on Wednesday.
The luxury apartments will join the complex’s existing 96 units “amongst some the area’s most peaceful surroundings and breathtaking hilltop views,” a release said.
Tri City Rentals said the apartments will offer residents “relaxed luxury with impeccable service.”

Tri City Rentals building 84 luxury apartments
Date: Thursday, December 9, 2010 - Tri City Rentals has started building 84 luxury apartments in Brunswick, New York, just outside Troy.
Construction is underway on the apartments, which are part of the Brunswick Woods development. Brunswick Woods has 96 units.
Tri City is the biggest apartment owner in the Albany region, with more than 5,000 units.

The Glen at Sugar Hill honored for completely smoke-free policy
ALBANY, N.Y., April 2, 2010 – At its annual recognition dinner on March 24, 2010, the Capital District Tobacco-Free Coalition honored Tri City Rentals with a Tobacco-Free Champion award for creating an entirely smoke-free community at The Glen at Sugar Hill. Located in Brunswick, the 60-unit luxury apartment community was completed in 2009 and is the first Tri City apartment complex to have a 100% smoke-free policy. All residents of The Glen sign a lease which state that they and their visitors will not carry lit tobacco products anywhere on the premises, including within the residential buildings, balconies and outdoor areas.

Brunswick apartment complex will hold grand opening Nov. 7 - The Business Review (Albany) 
A 60-unit luxury apartment complex in suburban Troy, N.Y., that leased its first units in May will host a formal grand opening on Nov. 7.
The Glen at Sugar Hill at 404 McChesney Avenue Ext. in Brunswick will host the grand opening from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Construction recently finished on the last of the five buildings, said Julie Massry Knox, director of marketing and leasing for Tri City Rentals.
Forty-eight of the units are leased.
The one- and two-bedroom units vary from 882 square feet to 1,194 square feet. Rents range from $1,100 to $1,490.
Typical amenities include granite counter tops, washer and dryers, walk-in closets, private covered balconies and natural gas fireplaces. The smoke-free complex includes some buildings where dogs and cats are welcome. There is also a pool, entertainment center and dog park.
Tri City owns and manages 23 apartment communities in the Albany region, and others throughout New York.
